Step by Step workflow
Step 1
Download & print the Order Form. Complete the Order Form by filling in the required details.

Step 2
Digital Files:
Upload your digital files/images to our FTP account. (Please contact JaincoTech to set up a FTP account). You can also send the digital files through HDD or other media like CD/DVD.

Scanning:
Courier your slides/transparencies/negatives/other scanning materials to any of the convenient locations:

**Note: All kinds of scanning formats are processed at the aforementioned locations, for an exception, the Large Format Film scanning is processed only in the US and UK offices.

Step 3
Scanning: JaincoTech scans your slides/transparencies/negatives/other scanning materials, and converts them to digital files for further enhancements through the image editing services.

Digital Files: JaincoTech processes the digital files based on your selective service/s.

Step 4
JaincoTech will deliver you the processed files through media like CD/DVD/HDD. FTP account users can download the processed files from the FTP server.

Step 5
On confirmation of the order receipt, send us the payment via any of the below mentioned payment modes:

Check payment:
Checks payable to JaincoTech.  If paying by check, payment must be included along with the batch.

Credit Card Payment:
Transaction fee of 7.0% applicable on the total invoice value (to be added to the amount of payment due).

PayPal:
Transaction fee of 2.9% applicable on the total invoice value +$0.30 (to be added to the amount of payment due).
Payments by PayPal are suggested if payment due is $1200 or less.  A PayPal link will be sent to you via e-mail.
Payments by Credit Card are suggested if payment due is $500 or less.

Wire transfer:
Transaction fee of $35.00 applicable on the total invoice value (to be added to the amount of payment due).
Payments by wire transfer are suggested only if payment due is $1200 or more.
